Terms of Service

1. Service Description

YepAPI ("we," "us," "our") is an API aggregation service. We provide a unified interface that routes your requests to third-party API providers ("API Providers"). We do not operate, own, or control the underlying APIs. We act solely as an intermediary that simplifies access, billing, and integration.

2. Third-Party API Providers

The APIs accessible through YepAPI are owned, operated, and maintained by independent third-party API Providers. YepAPI has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with any API Provider unless explicitly stated. All product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, or performance of any third-party API. Responses, data, and outputs returned through our service originate from the API Providers and are passed through to you without modification to the core content.

3. No Warranty on Third-Party Services

Third-party APIs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy or completeness of data returned by API Providers
  • The uptime, latency, or availability of any specific API
  • The continued availability of any endpoint or model
  • Compliance of API Provider outputs with any regulation or standard

If an API Provider changes, deprecates, or discontinues their service, we may remove or replace the corresponding endpoint without prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YepAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data returned by API Providers
  • Downtime or unavailability of any third-party API
  • Changes to third-party API behavior, pricing, or availability
  • Any actions taken based on data obtained through our service

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YepAPI in the 30 days preceding the claim.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use YepAPI to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our service
  • Exceed reasonable usage patterns or abuse rate limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

6. Billing & Refunds

YepAPI operates on a pay-per-call model. You are charged for each API call made through our service. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credit balances may be refunded at our discretion within 30 days of purchase.

7. Data & Privacy

Request and response data may pass through our infrastructure for routing purposes. We do not store request payloads or response bodies beyond what is necessary for logging, billing, and debugging. We do not sell your data to third parties. API Providers may have their own data handling policies which are outside our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.
